Shipping policy

  • What do we ship?

    • All of Harmony Fishing's products shown for sale on this website are available for shipping.

  • When do we ship?

    • While most of our orders ship the same day or the following day, all orders on our website are shipped within 2 business days of order completion and payment clearance.  Business days include all days, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays and any day which the United States Postal Service is not offering package services.  In the event that an order can not ship within the allotted time frame, Harmony Fishing will contact the customer in regards to the delay.

  •  Where do we ship?

    • Harmony Fishing ships items on a global basis, limited only by the number of countries in which USPS delivers.  If you do not see your country in our delivery address list, please contact us for a shipping quote.

  • How do we ship?

    • Harmony Fishing ships orders by the methods offered by the United States Postal Service through services including, but not limited to First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail.  Harmony Fishing reserves the right to substitute another carrier service for any order.

  • Rates to ship

    • Shipping rates for all orders can be determined during checkout by the customer.  If you feel that the rate was calculated in error, please contact us regarding the rate in question.

  • How to track an order that has been shipped

    • Harmony Fishing uses Shipstation (Stamps.com) for virtually all of our website shipping services.  Customers should receive an automated email from ShipStation (Stamps.com) including their tracking information.  If you do not receive a tracking update, please contact us for tracking information.

  • Recycling of packing materials

    • Harmony Fishing makes every effort to use recycled materials in shipping and packing materials.
