What can be returned?

All products, excluding those personalized or private labeled, can be returned to Harmony Fishing Company.

When must items be returned by?

Harmony Fishing offers a 30 day money back return period for any reason. We also warranty our products to be free of defect. If a defect is found in a product within one year of ordering, Harmony Fishing will replace those parts at no cost to the buyer.

Where do the items need to be returned to?

All returns will ship to Harmony Fishing's facility in New Jersey. This location will be specified by the customer service representative upon notification that an item will be returned.

How do customers return items?

To return an item, a customer will contact Harmony Fishing by way of phone or email.

Shipping of Returns

In the event that a customer returns an item within 30 days for any reason other than a defective item, the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Harmony Fishing. In the event that an item is found defective within one calendar year of purchase, Harmony Fishing will cover the costs of replacement shipping.

Credit/Refund for Returns

When an item is returned, the customer will be offered a refund in the original payment method, store credit, or an exchange for a comparable item. The return value will be equal to the original item purchase amount, excluding shipping and any other miscellaneous costs.

Return Item Packaging & Condition

In order for Harmony Fishing to process a return, the item must arrive at Harmony Fishing Company's facility in the original packaging and condition.
